Codi Shewan, C.F.S.P., C.C.P.
Founder and President

Codi is the President & Founder of EverLearn Associates, a full service, comprehensive management consulting firm, for the funeral and cemetery profession – aimed at engaging and building dynamic teams and successful businesses. Operating across North America, EverLearn Associates is known for aligning closely with clients to provide tailored solutions, which overcome their operational challenges and align their business goals with success. Working with some of the professions finest operators, EverLearn Associates focuses on the tenet of ‘People first; always.’ and has enveloped that philosophy in all of our consulting lines of business; HR, marketing, business strategy and digital solutions.


Active in the funeral service community, he has served as the President of the College Boreal Funeral Service Advisory Board for over a decade. In 2011, Codi was successful in obtaining the C.F.S.P designation, recognizing him as a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner, after having completed over 180 hours of continuing education, over four professional categories: Academic, Professional Activities, Career Review and Public Education & Service, which he maintains proudly year after year.


Codi is a proud Alumni of the Funeral Service Education program at Humber College and is a member in good standing as a licensee of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario. In addition to his mortuary education, he also completed and obtained the C.C.P. designation for professional coaching as a Certified Coach Practitioner, and also obtained a post-graduate certification in Human Behaviour.


In 2020, he became the best-selling author of the critically acclaimed, Everyday Legacy: Lessons For Living With Purpose, Right Now. His passion for empowering others to see the best in themselves and to redefine their legacy - from something they leave to something they personify personally and professionally, every day - is the driving force behind his work!

Jolena Sebry
Business Administrator & Executive Assistant
With a decade of professional administrative experience across diverse industries, including the accounting and legal sectors, Jolena brings a wealth of expertise and a unique skill set to EverLearn Associates. Her career is characterized by adaptability and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, consistently introducing fresh ideas and driving innovation.

Jolena's forward-thinking mindset and dedication to excellence are complemented by her diverse experiences and dynamic approach, which contributes to our mission of enhancing workplace cultures and optimizing organizational structures with compassion and innovation.

Her unwavering commitment to growth extends from her professional endeavors to her personal aspirations. Jolena eagerly embraces the journey ahead, driven by a passion for learning, skill development, and a genuine enthusiasm for all that life has to offer.

Outside the office, Jolena's culinary creativity flourishes as she experiments with new recipes and crafts her own culinary delights. Her wanderlust fuels a passion for travel planning and exploration, with the Mediterranean being her dream destination. Her lifelong love of music sees her composing, performing, and actively engaging in her local music scene, where she nurtures valuable connections and enriches the community.

Amanda McCue, C.H.R.L.

Amanda McCue is the Vice President, HR & Engagement for VetStrategy, the nation's largest operator of veterinary hospitals and clinics. VetStrategy operates over 350+ animal hospitals and clinics across Canada and employees over 10,000 dedicated people, including over 1200 veterinarians and mentors. Amanda currently leads all major HR project work for Canada, with a focus on employee engagement, total rewards and HR compliance. Prior to her current role, Amanda held various senior positions within the retail industry, leading organizational development, employee relations and talent strategy.

Amanda is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (Barrie Chapter) and holds the Certified Human Resources Leader designation. 
Tyler Berardinucci, C.P.A., C.A.

Tyler Berardinucci, CPA, CA is a Senior Accountant with KPMG. He was formally the Manager at the Chris Finlay, CA-Professional Corporation. Prior to that, Tyler held similar positions with Deloitte, Cox, Merritt & Co. and Connelly & Koshy, CA, Professional Corporation. He has held progressive positions over the last 6 years and has recently assumed a more senior role.

In 2012, Tyler was successful in obtaining the CPA, CA designation, recognizing him as a Canadian Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant. Tyler holds a Bachelors Degree of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal and is a member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Brooks Beaudoin, M.B.A. 
 Brooks Beaudoin is currently a Boeing 717 pilot with a major global airline based in New York City, operating passenger flights from LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy, and Newark airports to destinations across North America.

Prior to his return to aviation, Brooks worked as the Manager of Global Transfer Pricing for a publicly-traded multinational technology company headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, and prior to that he was an International Tax Manager in the downtown Toronto office of Ernst & Young LLP, where he provided tax consulting services to multinational corporate clients in industries such as petrochemical manufacturing, consumer products, social media, and transportation and logistics.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Studies from the John D. Odegard Center for Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota, and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
