  • Living Your Leadership Legacy: Reframing Your Impact Powerfully

    Your legacy isn’t your resume.

As a leader, it’s less about the things you did, and more about the way you made people feel – both internally – your team – and, externally – your customer.

While your resume is about what you achieved, your legacy is about what you contribute – and it’s best considered while you’re working, not once your career is over!

Infusing the lens of legacy into our work allows us to create a positive ripple effect of the work we do, with those we serve, and being aware of that impact enables us to double-down and engage wholeheartedly in the difference we can make as leaders, our brand and our brand promise.

This presentation invites participants to consider ‘What is my Leadership Legacy? by asking themselves:

    • Are your people better because of their time with you?

    • Are your customers better because of their interactions with you and your company?

    • Are the key stakeholders better because of your influence and stewardship of the company?

Instead of thinking about the end of our careers and asking, ‘What will my legacy be?", we can harness the power of reverse-engineering our desired response to that question, and transform how we do the work we do, and how we lead, now.

Taking a closer look at the customer of today, and exploring ways to expertly communicate our value proposition to them, is now more critical than ever. Innovating the ways to support that proposition, will be what becomes the framework of participants future successes.

This presentation is known for getting people comfortably uncomfortable, in a fun and dynamic way. If your organization needs to evolve, innovate and grow, step outside of your comfort zone where the magic happens, and watch shift begin to happen right in front of your eyes!

  • The Ordertaker Among Us

The typical arrangement conference can be very efficient for acquiring the information professionals need to perform a funeral, but too often it turns team members from undertakers into ORDERtakers, and leaves the family unaware of the true value you and your firm can provide.
